Coffee Consulting • Wherever You Need Me
Not just a plan on paper. Someone who shows up, does the work, and stays until it's right.
You see the issue?
Staff taking way too many steps just to make a single drink. Reaching across each other. Crossing paths on every order. That's not a people problem — that's a layout problem.
This is what happens when a contractor builds a bar without anyone who's actually worked one. Fix it on paper before the concrete gets poured. That's what I'm here for.
Let me fix it first →The drink is the product.
The experience is the reason they return.
What I Do
Bar layouts that actually make sense under pressure. Buildouts, equipment selection, and workflow design that functions during a rush — not just on a blueprint.
Bar Layout • Buildouts • EquipmentDrinks that are consistent, profitable, and actually belong in the space. Coffee, wine, and cocktail integration where it makes sense. No filler, no fluff.
Coffee • Wine • CocktailsStaff that think, not just follow steps. SCA curriculum, latte art, barista flow — and the hospitality instinct that makes guests feel the difference. Technique is half the job. How people feel when they leave is the other half.
SCA • Latte Art • Barista FlowCost control, vendor relationships, and the structure that keeps a bar running long after launch day. The stuff that determines whether you make money or bleed it.
Cost Control • Vendors • SystemsMost consultants leave when the plan is delivered.
I stay until it works.
Who I Am
I'm not a consultant who emails you a PDF and disappears. I come from behind the bar — SCA trained, obsessively particular about espresso, and allergic to programs that look good on paper but fall apart in real service.
The whole thing started because most coffee programs are built halfway, handed off too early, and left to slowly fall apart. Hands in. All the way through. From design to dial-in to making sure the staff can hold it without me.
The goal is a program that belongs in the space it's in — something people notice, come back for, and talk about.
Coffee being excellent is expected. It's the floor, not the ceiling. What keeps someone coming back — what makes a program worth building — is how people feel when they're in the space. That's the part most programs miss. That's what I build around.
Get In Touch
Got a space that needs help? A program that's falling apart? Starting from scratch and want to build something people actually want to come back to? Let's talk.
Or just call. That works too.
